The location was renovated in 2005–2006 with the aim of hosting events and exhibitions related to the world of fashion and beyond. The structure was equipped with modern technical systems but has preserved its main original features of value from a century ago, such as the wooden flooring, the hall’s columns with stucco capitals, the old cast-iron radiators, and the wood paneling along the entrance corridor with counters once used for welcoming clients. The solid oak tables still present in the venue were among those originally used at the time.
